The Last Flowers of Fall - Day 56
In driving around town, I found these few flowers hanging on in spite of the cooler weather. This really is a macro shot as these flowers are less than an inch in diameter each. I loved the yellow, and I thought it ironic that the only ones I found were all in fall colors!
I love fall but it's sad to see our flowers go!
ReplyDeleteLoverly macro:)
ReplyDeletelol - that is kind of funny! I guess they just thought they belonged, huh?! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat macro and superb colors.
ReplyDeleteTake care. xxx

ReplyDeleteSo pretty!
ReplyDeleteLove the soft focus and the colors are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteObviously there hadn't been a hard frost right there! Marigolds are so colorful...and so tender in the cold. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI love the colours and how you played with the depth of field!
ReplyDeleteI still have a few marigold left too. Am amazed they're still around. Lovely capture!
ReplyDeletebeautiful, you are lucky to have these still going, the frost killed off everything the other day.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo and really so apt for autumn!
